Valentine’s Versatility ❤️

Thanks for coming back!  I am super excited to show you two more cards made with the Heartfelt stamp set used in my previous blog post.

These next two cards were so fun for me because I got to break out of the Valentine’s Day color combination.  This is where you will see the versatility of using stamp sets instead of single stamps.

This card is a birthday card with softer colors, and a fun fold.  I dressed it up a little bit by adding some heart shaped embellishments.  There is a lot of white space on this card, so I wanted to break the white up with a little bit of bling.

I made that fun fold by cutting the cardstock at 4¼ inches, then scored at 5½ inches and 2 ¾ inches. I folded the scored part back to make it look like a Z.

On my next card, I used bolder colors, and this card could be used for any occasion you want to send a little love.

The heart punches are part of a bundle that goes with the Heartfelt stamp set.  I didn’t have the color ribbon I wanted (hate when that happens), so I took white ribbon and colored it with an alcohol marker to match perfectly!

Contact me if you are interested in learning how to make these cards.  I can definitely make a video to show you! (I need someone to push me out of my comfort zone)

And if you have any ideas of what you would like to see, share them in the comments below.

When I was young, my aunt gave me a heart-shaped howl punch. she said I could use it to make confetti! I like your idea better!
